Satyendra Paliwal

Before joining Zensa, Satyendra served as Chief Financial Officer for Radius Infratel, the first and largest Indian company for deploying converged and shared last mile ICT networks – essential building blocks for smart, connected communities. He managed all aspects of the financial planning and reporting processes for the company, including preparation of short- and long-term planning, raising Series ‘A’ Equity and term debt, and managing OEM’s to build, scale, and grow the organization.

Before Radius Infratel, Satyendra led as Senior Finance Manager at Viom Networks, a telecommunications tower company acquired by American Tower Corporation in 2015, making it the second largest telecom tower company in India with 56,000 towers. Satyendra started his career as a Partner for Consulting and Audit firms, specializing in statutory, internal audits, and corporate finance.

Satyendra holds multiple professional qualifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from California, Chartered Accountant, and Fellow Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
