With over 34 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Norris Bankhead has built a distinguished career leading delivery excellence and client success across top-tier global organisations.

He began his career in Data Communications and has since held key roles with companies including Merrill Lynch, Judge Technical Services, Arthur Andersen, Comcast, Volt, and Persistent Systems.

For the past decade, Norris served as Senior Director of Delivery for Microsoft’s ISD organization, where he successfully led large-scale consulting engagements and strategic delivery initiatives.

Currently, he serves as Senior Director of Customer Success at Zensa for IBM, driving client success, operational excellence, and strategic growth across enterprise accounts.
